About Zeetek

The engineering team you wish you'd hired first.

Most software projects don't fail on technology. They fail on drift — unclear scope, invisible progress, and nobody willing to say the uncomfortable thing out loud. Zeetek was built to remove all three.

Why we exist

We got tired of watching good ideas die in delivery.

Zeetek started the way most studios don't — with engineers who had spent years inside agencies and product teams watching the same pattern repeat. A founder with a sharp idea. A proposal that promised everything. Six months of silence. Then a demo that was nothing like the thing anyone agreed to.

The technology was almost never the problem. The problem was that nobody could see progress, nobody would admit when the scope had drifted, and by the time it surfaced, the budget had already gone.

So we built the studio around the opposite defaults. Scope is written down and priced before work starts. Something working ships every week. And when we think you're about to spend money on the wrong feature, we say so — even when it's easier to keep quiet and keep billing.

How we operate

Six rules we don't bend

Not a poster on a wall. These are the decisions that shape what we take on, how we quote it, and what you get at the end.

Say the hard thing early

If a feature is a bad idea, if the deadline won't hold, if the budget buys less than you hoped — you hear it in week one, not week nine.

Small team, senior only

No juniors billed at senior rates, no account manager relaying messages. The people writing your code are the people on your calls.

Working software beats status reports

Every week ends with something you can click. Progress you can see is the only progress we count.

Performance is a feature

Slow software loses users and rankings. Budgets for load time and Core Web Vitals are set before the first commit, not patched in later.

Build it so you can leave

Documented, tested, in your accounts, under your licence. If you never call us again, everything still runs.

Fewer, better clients

We take on a handful of projects at a time. It's why you can reach a decision-maker the same day you email one.

Working together

What the first eight weeks actually look like

  1. Day 1

    A real conversation

Thirty minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson. We ask what the software has to achieve for the business, not which framework you'd like.

  2. Week 1

    Scope and a fixed price

You get a written scope, an architecture sketch, a timeline, and a number. If the number is wrong for you, we cut scope together — no ambiguity.

  3. Weeks 2–8

    Ship every single week

Working builds land on a staging URL you can open on your phone. Feedback goes into the next sprint, not into a change-request queue.

  4. Launch

    Handover, not handcuffs

Repos, infrastructure, documentation, and runbooks transferred to your accounts. Support afterwards is a choice you make, not a dependency we engineer.

The team

Who you'll actually work with

No account manager sitting between you and the build. These are the people on your calls and in your repository.

Engineering lead

Architecture, estimates, code review

Owns the technical decisions and is on every call. The person who tells you what a feature really costs.

Product designer

Flows, interface, usability

Turns requirements into screens people can use without training, then tests them before they're built.

Full-stack engineers

Web, mobile, APIs, data

Build the product in weekly increments you can open, click, and push back on.

DevOps & reliability

Pipelines, monitoring, uptime

Sets up deployment and alerting from day one, so launch day is uneventful on purpose.

Every engagement is staffed by named people you meet on the first call — and they stay on the project until it ships.

The stack we build on — chosen to fit your product, not our habits

Think we'd be a good fit?

Send a short brief or just a question. You'll get a straight answer from an engineer within one business day — including if we think you shouldn't build it.
